Everyone we've encountered at Hughes has been exceptionally friendly and professional. Chad was a great help during the estimate and scheduling process. He was responsive, answered any questions that we had, and really worked with us to meet our current needs. Doug, Will, and their team did a fantastic job with the installation. They were prompt, neat & organized, tolerant of our (loud) pets, respectful of our property, and even finished early despite rain delays! They kept us informed and involved with decision making, while still being considerate of my WFH office hours, throughout their time here. Chad came out and gave us an estimate for a complete heat pump assembly. He explained what they would install, answered all of our questions and was such a pleasure to work with.
